Sustia has been contracting since 2002, incorporated in its current form in 2012. We work in Rust, with test-driven development, to make systems that hold up — code you can still read in six months, dependencies you can audit, behavior you can prove.
We think well-written Claude agents and skills belong inside that process, not bolted on top. The same discipline that makes Rust code robust — small interfaces, explicit state, tested boundaries — is what makes agents useful in the long run.
